At 20:56 on December 31, 2025, Unit 8 of CHN Changyuan Hanchuan project was successfully connected to the grid for the first time. All performance parameters of the unit were normal, and the operation was stable. This marked a crucial step towards the 168-hour full-load trial operation and formal production.

To ensure the successful grid connection for the first attempt, the project team and relevant units meticulously planned and initiated preparatory and commissioning work before the grid connection. A 24-hour shift duty system was established, with close cooperation and collaboration among various disciplines. Through precise scheduling and multi-party collaboration, all preparatory work was efficiently completed, successfully achieving the first successful grid connection for Unit 8.
