Recently, SEPCOIII Saudi Qassim EPC Project held a celebration and commendation event to mark the milestone of 15 million safe man-hours. Representatives from the project owner, the project management team, and personnel from all participating construction units attended the event.

Located in central Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Qassim EPC Project involves the construction of a new 1,800MW combined-cycle power plant equipped with H-class gas turbines, adopting a configuration of one triple combined-cycle unit plus one single-cycle gas turbine. Designed with the concepts of high efficiency and environmental protection, the project will further enhance the safety of Saudi Arabia’s power system and guarantee the reliability of power supply. At present, the project has successfully obtained the Initial Commercial Operation Date (ICOD) certificate.
