On December 24, the 60-ton gantry crane bridge frame for the boiler line of Sanxia Mengneng Dongsheng Project Department was successfully hoisted and positioned.

The gantry crane bridge frame in this hoisting is of a pipe truss structure. After assembly, it weighs 57.017 tons, has a length of 58.405 meters and a span of 42 meters, with an installation height of approximately 21 meters. It was hoisted by a single 400-ton truck crane. The operation faced challenges such as complex site conditions, high risk factors, and sensitivity to weather impacts. In response, the project department made comprehensive preparations in terms of technology, tools, and manpower in advance, refined the hoisting plan, clarified the lifting points and crane positioning, identified potential risks, established a command system, verified the weather conditions, and formulated emergency plans. At around 16:30 on the same day, the hoisting operation was successfully completed.
