On November 26 (Saudi local time),Saudi Rumah-1 IPP CCGT Project successfully completed the concrete pouring of the second-floor roof of the Control Building. A total of 761m³ of concrete was poured, marking an important milestone in the construction of the building’s main structure and laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of subsequent works.

The pouring task involved complex structural elements and strict precision requirements. To ensure construction quality, the project team conducted thorough planning in advance, implementing rigorous arrangements for formwork reinforcement, rebar binding, and concrete pouring procedures. During the construction process, all teams coordinated closely, optimized manpower and equipment allocation, and ensured safe, continuous, and efficient operations. The task was completed with high quality, achieving the goals of “safety-controlled, excellent quality, and first-time success.”

The successful completion of the second-floor roof concrete pouring provides strong momentum for the overall project progress and creates solid conditions for upcoming equipment installation and electrical system works.
