On October 26th, the stator of the No.1 steam turbine generator of Jinan Huashan Project was successfully lifted and installed, marking another important milestone of the project.

The steam turbine generator stator, a critical core component of the power generation unit, measures 4500mm in length, 3010mm in width, and 2806mm in height, with a total weight of 43.7t (including transportation end cover lifting components). To ensure successful installation, the project team implemented rigorous safety protocols, utilizing a 400-ton crawler crane as the primary lifting equipment. Prior to installation, detailed safety briefings were conducted. The operation was executed with effective command coordination, precise handling, and seamless coordination, ultimately achieving smooth positioning of the stator.

The successful installation of the stator has accelerated the installation of the main project. Next, the project department will continue to adhere to the working principles of "high, strict, meticulous and practical" to promote the construction of the project safely, with high quality and efficiency.
