On December 2, the Mengneng Jinshan project site once again brought good news. At 23:29, the boiler furnace of Unit 6 was ignited for the first time, and the ignition was successful on the first attempt. The flame was stable and bright, and all system parameters were normal, with the equipment operating smoothly. This marked that the unit officially entered the critical stage of steam blowing, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent full set start-up and grid connection for power generation. To ensure the successful completion of this ignition task, the project department attached great importance to it and organized it meticulously. They held a special coordination meeting in advance, comprehensively analyzed the risk points, and optimized the start-up plan. Through detailed technical briefings and practical training, they ensured that every link was assigned to a specific person and executed properly. Before the ignition, the site was brightly lit, and the staff were performing their respective duties, conducting the final safety checks and system confirmations. With the precise start-up command issued by the operator, a stable and bright flame instantly burst out in the furnace, and all real-time data on the monitoring screen met the design standards, indicating that the unit was operating well. The successful completion of this important milestone marks a key progress in the project construction.
