This milestone follows the completion of the HRSG11 foundation pouring on October 16, marking the continued efficient and rapid progress of the combined cycle construction.

The pouring work commenced at 19:30 on October 25 and was successfully completed after 13 hours of continuous operation. To ensure construction quality and safety, the project team developed a detailed construction plan in advance, strictly implemented various control measures, and efficiently managed key processes such as concrete transportation, pumping, and vibration during the pouring process. This ensured that the entire operation remained safe, orderly, and under control.
