On the morning of January 15th, Liu Minghua, General manager of the company held a meeting with Mohammed Al Shehhi, the CEO of the United Arab Emirates Public Utilities Investment Company (referred to as "EUDC"). The chief technology officer of EUDC, Dermot Clarke, and the company’s deputy general manager Zhou Hejun also attended the meeting.

Liu Minghua welcomed Mohammed Al Shehhi and his delegation, and introduced SEPCOIII’s international business achievements, overseas business layout, and future strategic planning. He said that EUDC, as a globally leading energy investment enterprise with strong comprehensive strength and diversified business areas, has complementary advantages and mutually reinforcing businesses with SEPCOIII. Mohammed Al Shehhi expressed his gratitude to SEPCOIII for its long-term support and assistance, and introduced the organizational structure and industrial layout of EUDC. He said that SEPCOIII, as a globally renowned EPC general contractor, has demonstrated its excellent capabilities in global resource allocation and large-scale project fulfillment, which is evident to all.
