On March 22, Zhao Qiming, Chairman of SEPCOIII held talks in Beijing with Mohammad Abunayyan, Chairman of ACWA Power. Samir J Serhan, Chief Executive Officer of ACWA Power, Chen Liming, Independent Director of ACWA Power, Liu Minghua, General Manager of SEPCOIII, and Liu Fangjiang, Chen Yunpeng, Zhou Hejun, Deputy General Managers of SEPCOIII, attended the meeting.

Mohammad Abunayyan thanked SEPCOIII for its long-term support and collaboration, systematically reviewed the history of cooperation between the two sides, and detailed ACWA Power’s organizational restructuring, global market expansion and future development directions. He stated that as a world-leading EPC general contractor, SEPCOIII has accumulated rich experience and forged profound friendship with ACWA Power through years of cooperation. Looking forward, he hoped that the two sides will continue to focus on green energy, seawater desalination and other fields, innovate cooperation models, expand cooperation dimensions and explore new paths for cooperation, promote the implementation of more high-quality and high-value energy projects, elevate China-Saudi Arabia energy cooperation to new heights and jointly draw a new blueprint for sustainable development.
