On October 15, Zhao Qiming, Chairman of SEPCOIII, held talks with Rong Zengyan, Chairman of Qinghai Clean Energy Industry Development Group Co., Ltd. Fan Wentao, Deputy General Manager of Qinghai Clean Energy Industry Development Group Co., Ltd., attended the meeting.
