On the afternoon of March 10th, the company held the launching ceremony and promotion meeting of the "Warm Heart E-Station" psychological service platform. Wang Dawei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Trade Union, and Employee Director of the company, attended the launching ceremony and delivered an important speech. More than 100 persons in charge of trade union organizations at all levels and relevant staff attended the meeting in the form of "on-site + video". At the launching ceremony, the professional team from Beijing EAPs Consulting Company comprehensively and meticulously interpreted the platform’s service content, login methods and guarantee mechanisms, providing all participants with clear application guidelines. In his speech, Wang Dawei profoundly elaborated on the necessity and important significance of platform construction, and put forward four requirements for grass-roots trade union organizations on making good use of the platform and doing a good job in employees’ ideological and psychological care work: first, raise political standing, incorporate psychological care work into the important work scope, integrate it into daily management, employee services and team building, and make the platform a position to gather, warm and encourage people; second, carry out extensive publicity and promotion to ensure that the platform services are known, usable and dared to be used by all employees; third, strengthen coordination and linkage, combine the use of the platform with employees’ ideological work, trade union cadres should take the initiative to pay attention to employees’ psychological status, feedback needs through upper and lower linkage, and form a work pattern of "company overall planning, professional support, grass-roots implementation and full participation"; fourth, focus on overseas reality, do a good job in situation interpretation to stabilize employees’ emotions, use the platform to carry out targeted psychological counseling, simultaneously solve practical difficulties, and build a solid ideological and safety line of defense. The launch of "Warm Heart E-Station" is an innovative practice of the company’s trade union in implementing the development thought of "taking employees as the center", and also an important starting point for the trade union to base itself on the high-quality development of the company and practice humanistic care.
