On February 9th, Zhao Qiming, Chairman of the company,went to the Shandong Energy Xintai project to inspect and guide the work.

Zhao Qiming went deep into the construction site and conducted on-site inspections of key areas such as the main plant and boilers, to gain a detailed understanding of the progress of the project construction, the quality control during the construction, and the implementation of safety production.

Subsequently, Zhao Qiming organized a project work symposium. At the meeting, the special joint inspection team for major and key project quality inspections and rectifications, based on the current inspection situation, provided feedback and clearly stated that the inspection team strictly followed the "four no’s and two direct" principle and conducted a comprehensive and in-depth special inspection of the project, detailing the problems and potential risks discovered during the inspection. On the basis of affirming the current achievements of the project, Zhao Qiming, based on the inspection feedback, put forward clear requirements for the high-quality advancement of the subsequent work of the project.

Regarding the overall progress of the project, Zhao Qiming put forward six requirements: First, organize meticulously to build a benchmark project for Shandong Energy and establish a good corporate brand image; Second, operate intelligently to continuously improve the overall economic benefits of the project; Third, fulfill responsibilities strictly, strictly implement the four safety responsibility systems to build a safety production defense line; Fourth, cultivate talents, use the project construction as a platform to accumulate talent resources for the enterprise development; Fifth, be honest and diligent in business, create a clean and upright working atmosphere; Sixth, do things with care, improve the happiness and satisfaction of employees, and enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the team.
