On the morning of July 20, the opening ceremony of the Company's 2026 new employee induction training was successfully held at the Laoshan Campus of Qingdao University of Science and Technology. Liu Minghua, General Manager of the Company, attended and addressed the ceremony, and Wang Dawei, Chairman of the Trade Union of the Company, participated in the event.

At the ceremony, Liu Minghua extended a sincere welcome to all new employees, and introduced the Company's basic situation from the perspectives of development history, strategic positioning, business indicators, internal management and talent development.

Liu Minghua pointed out that since the launch of the "Third Entrepreneurship Initiative", centering on the strategic goal of building the Company into a world-class enterprise leading international engineering EPC services, the Company has adhered to the development philosophy of "high-quality and sustainable development". It has vigorously advanced special work including strategy guidance, lean management, reform and innovation, and talent-driven enterprise development, continuously unleashed driving forces for high-quality development, and achieved breakthrough progress in all undertakings of reform and development.

He stressed that the Company has established a fair and impartial talent training mechanism and implemented the "2+6 Talent Program". Among the initiatives, the "Diamond Program" and "Elite Program" are closely linked with the growth and career development of new employees. He encouraged new employees to seize opportunities, take solid root in their posts and take proactive actions to realize greater personal value alongside the Company's development, and put forward five earnest expectations:

First, strengthen confidence in development and identify the direction of striving in the Company's strategic blueprint; second, take root in frontline projects and temper excellent capabilities through practical experience; third, embrace digital and intelligent transformation and pioneer the new era driven by innovation; fourth, foster a correct professional outlook and take steady steps through down-to-earth dedication; fifth, integrate into the team, forge ahead through collaborative work, and inherit the Iron Army Spirit of the enterprise.

Wang Dawei read out the list of class committee members and the training code of conduct, and put forward specific requirements for training discipline. He expressed the hope that all new employees would actively cooperate with the work arranged by the class committee, strictly abide by training disciplines, adopt a rigorous learning attitude, create a sound training atmosphere, and lay a solid foundation for the successful completion of all training tasks.

At the closing part of the ceremony, a new employee representative delivered a statement on behalf of all trainees, and all participants took a solemn oath.
