Local time on July 13, Liu Minghua, General Manager of the Company, paid an inspection and guidance visit to the EPC Project for the Expansion of Saudi PP12 Combined Cycle Power Plant.

Liu Minghua went deep into the construction frontline to learn in detail about project progress, safety management, quality control and resource support, and extended greetings to cadres and staff sticking to their posts on site.

At the forum, Liu Minghua affirmed the achievements made by the project team in various ongoing work and expressed gratitude to all participating personnel for their hard work. After an in-depth analysis of the current international engineering market landscape and industrial environment in Saudi Arabia, he pointed out that amid a volatile external environment and increasingly fierce competition, the project team must stay sober-minded, strengthen awareness of potential risks, and advance high-quality project construction with higher standards and stricter requirements. He put forward six specific requirements for key work in the next phase:

First, deepen power grid research to consolidate technical support. Second, hold fast to the safety bottom line and conduct comprehensive review and rectification. Third, implement penetrating end-to-end management to build a benchmark project. Fourth, adopt a frugality mindset to boost operational benefits. Fifth, step up on-the-job training to cultivate a core talent pool.
