On the morning of November 25^th, Zhao Qiming, Chairman of SEPCOIII, held talks with Wang Xumin, Deputy General Manager of China Coal Xinji Energy Co., Ltd., as well as Deputy General Manager of Anhui Branch of China National Coal Group Co., Ltd. Kong Lingfeng, Deputy General Manager of SEPCOIII, attended the meeting.
