Zhao Qiming conducted a survey and guidance visit to Singapore CCP50 600MW Combined Cycle Power EPC project

On December 9, Zhao Qiming, Chairman of the company, conducted an inspection and provided guidance on the EPC project of the 600MW Combined Cycle Power Plant in Singapore, accompanied by Chen Yunpeng Deputy General Manager of the company.

Zhao Qiming visited the construction site to inspect the progress of the project and the implementation of safety measures. He acknowledged the current achievements of the project and the team’s efforts in overcoming challenges. Subsequently, he organized a meeting with the project team and department heads, outlining six key requirements for the next phase of work

First, Deeply understand the strategic significance of the project, strengthen risk assessment and prevention throughout the entire process to ensure flawless project execution. Second, Enhance performance management capabilities by strictly controlling key aspects such as safety, quality, schedule, and efficiency, with a focus on quality during the critical construction phase and compliance with Singapore’s local safety standards and regulatory requirements, while balancing traditional and non-traditional security concerns. Third, Strengthen operational management capabilities by rigorously implementing the company’s management systems, adhering to lawful and compliant controls to safeguard the overall interests of the company and the project. Fourth, Deepen team development by systematically cultivating professional talent at all levels, aiming to build an international talent pipeline. Fifth, Fortify the integrity defense line by strictly enforcing supervision and accountability mechanisms to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both the company and individuals. Sixth. Improve the logistics support system by accurately addressing employee needs, standardizing the implementation of welfare policies, and effectively resolving employees’ concerns.

Subsequently, Zhao Qiming organized a new employee symposium, where he listened to their self-introductions and work reflections. He then expressed five earnest expectations for the young employees: first, to remain steadfast in their original aspirations and missions, accurately charting their career course; second, to maintain a humble attitude in seeking guidance, proactively address skill gaps, and hone professional expertise; third, to uphold a pragmatic and diligent work ethic, fully meeting job requirements; fourth, to clarify growth and development goals, leveraging company and project platform resources to accelerate progress; fifth, to strengthen safety safeguards, effectively protecting their occupational safety and physical and mental well-being.
