At 16:18 on October 13, Unit 3 of Guoneng (Fuzhou) Thermal Power Co., Ltd. Phase II (2 × 660MW) Ultra supercritical Cogeneration Project, which was constructed by the company, successfully completed 168 hours of full load operation and achieved the goal of production and power generation with high quality. Ren Jianhui, a member of the company’s Party committee and deputy general manager, attended the project trial operation ceremony. During the 168 hour full load operation of Unit 3, the unit operated stably with an average load rate of 100%. The input rate of electrical and thermal control protection equipment and automatic control system reached 100%, and all major economic indicators met or exceeded design expectations. The entire trial operation process was safe, orderly, and efficient, which won widespread high praise and unanimous praise from the owner, supervisor, and commissioning team, and established a good corporate image for the company. At the ceremony, all personnel witnessed the historic moment of the successful zeroing of the 168 hour full load trial run countdown. Subsequently, representatives from all parties solemnly signed the unit handover and production handover agreement, marking the official transition of the unit from the construction phase to the commercial operation phase. After the second phase of the project of Guoneng (Fuzhou) Thermal Power Co., Ltd. is put into operation, it is expected to increase the heating capacity by 1404 tons/hour. At that time, the total heating capacity of Guoneng (Fuzhou) Thermal Power Co., Ltd. will exceed 2584 tons/hour, and the annual power generation will reach about 12.6 billion kilowatt hours, which has important strategic significance for strengthening regional energy supply guarantee and driving local economic growth. |
