The blowdown process employed a pressure-reduction technique, segmentally purging the high-pressure, medium-pressure, reheat, and low-pressure systems. To ensure safe and efficient operations, the project department implemented multiple measures: scientifically developing specialized plans and optimizing process flows; conducting comprehensive inspections of equipment and pipelines to eliminate safety hazards; establishing operational isolation zones with dedicated personnel for full-process supervision; and establishing a multi-disciplinary coordination mechanism to ensure controllable and managed processes. Following rigorous acceptance testing, all systems achieved two consecutive successful target tests, meeting regulatory standards.
