On September 27th, the No.1 gas turbine of Jinan Huashan Project was Successfully hoisted into position.

The G50 commercial heavy-duty gas turbine, the first of its kind to be hoisted in this operation, was developed by Dongfang Electric Corporation’s Dongfang Steam Turbine Co., Ltd. Weighing 83 tons (including the lifting hook lock), the turbine was lifted using a 400-ton crawler crane. To ensure successful installation, the project team implemented scientific planning and precise measures based on practical conditions. They organized multiple rounds of technical evaluations to optimize the lifting plan from safety, technical, and quality perspectives. Throughout the operation, all personnel worked closely together with meticulous coordination, enabling the successful one-time installation of the No.1 gas turbine. This achievement earned high praise and recognition from the owner, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
