At 14:13 on September 24, the generator stator of Unit #2 of the Jiangxi Shangrao Project was successfully hoisted and positioned, marking the smooth achievement of another important milestone of the project.

The generator stator hoisted this time was manufactured and supplied by Shanghai Generator Works, with the model QFSN-1000-2. It has a length of 11,653 mm, a width of 4,890 mm, a height of 4,646 mm, and a net weight of 390 tons (with a total weight of 405 tons including lifting lugs, etc.). The generator stator was hoisted by a hydraulic lifting device and positioned at the 17-meter operating floor of the main power house of Unit #2.

To ensure the successful completion of the generator stator hoisting work, the project department carefully organized special discussions on the ultra-hazardous operation plan and conducted expert demonstrations. It also made advanced planning, carried out repeated simulation demonstrations, efficiently integrated resources, and optimized and implemented each item in detail. Meanwhile, it conducted checking calculations on the lifting tools, carefully inspected the hydraulic lifting device, and provided safety technical briefings to on-site operators one by one. During the hoisting process, all relevant departments cooperated tacitly, and the hoisting work proceeded in an orderly manner, ensuring the smooth completion of the hoisting task of the generator stator for Unit #2.

The smooth positioning of the generator stator of Unit #2 has laid a solid foundation for the subsequent installation work of the generator.
