On May 16th, Liu Minghua, President of the Company, inspected and guided the work of the Singapore CCP50 600MW Combined Cycle Power Plant EPC Project and held talks with Goh Chek Chiang, President and CEO of the Natural Gas and Related Business of Singapore Sembcorp Industries Group. In the morning, Liu Minghua went deep into the construction site of the Singapore CCP50 600MW Combined Cycle Power Plant EPC Project, carefully understanding the actual situation of key operation areas. Subsequently, a work meeting was convened to hear reports on the project’s basic overview, management status, and challenges faced. He expressed recognition for the achievements currently made by the project and put forward the following six requirements for the project’s future development: The first is to build a solid security line. Strictly implement the Singapore HSE management system, focus on high-risk scenarios such as cross-operation and confined space operations, build a dynamic risk assessment mechanism, strengthen the safety production responsibility system for all employees, and ensure the "zero accident, zero injury" management goal. The second is to coordinate the overall development of the project. By optimizing resource allocation, comprehensively monitoring the progress, safety and quality of the project, and implementing precise investment, we ensure that the resources required for the project at each stage are sufficient and efficiently utilized. The third is to forge a talent echelon. Relying on Singapore’s high-end market positioning and project practice platform, we systematically cultivate a team of compound talents who are familiar with international engineering standards, proficient in local regulatory systems, and have bilingual skills, to lay a solid foundation for international development. Fourth, strictly adhere to the bottom line of compliance. Establish and improve a compliance management system that complies with Singapore regulations, promote the localization transformation of management thinking, achieve an organic integration of domestic experience and international standards, and ensure that the project operates in accordance with the law throughout its life cycle. Fifth, support market development. Implement full-cycle performance management and control, support deep development of regional markets with high-quality delivery, and inject new impetus into the company’s sustainable development by improving team collaborative combat capabilities. In the afternoon, Liu Minghua held talks with Goh Chek Chiang in Singapore. Liu Minghua expressed gratitude to Sembcorp Group for its long-term trust and support, and introduced the company’s international development history, market business layout, and future development plan. He said that Sembcorp Group is strong and has a strong development momentum, with complementary advantages and mutually reinforcing businesses with SEPCOIII. He hopes that the two sides will strengthen communication, enhance mutual trust, innovate cooperation models, and broaden cooperation areas in market development and project construction to jointly achieve high-quality sustainable development.
