On the afternoon of May 7, Liu Minghua, General Manager of SEPCOIII, held talks with Zhang Hongzhong, Director of TBEA Co., Ltd. and Vice President of TBEA Group Co., Ltd.Wang Haiqiang, deputy general manager of TBEA Xinjiang Transformer Factory, attended the talks.
