On August 18th, Zhao Qiming Chairman of the company held a meeting with Hao Yunzhi Chairman of Guoneng (Fuzhou) Thermal Power Co., Ltd. Vice President Ren Jianhui also attended the meeting. Hao Yunzhi expressed his welcome upon Zhao Qiming's visit. He stated that SEPCOIII has a high level of internationalization and strong comprehensive strength. He hoped that both parties would deepen communication and collaboration, support each other, and jointly promote the efficient progress of the project, writing a new chapter of cooperation and development. Zhao Qiming expressed his gratitude for the support and assistance of National Energy (Fuzhou) Thermal Power Co., Ltd. He stated that SEPCOIII would fully leverage its professional advantages in project construction and operation to ensure the project goes into operation and generates electricity. At the same time, he expected that both parties would carry out all-round and practical cooperation in the future, achieving mutual benefit and win-win development. During this period, Zhao Qiming inspected and guided the project at the National Energy (Fuzhou) site, visiting the main plant, control building, boilers and other areas, and conducting key inspections to understand the progress and quality control of the project. Subsequently, Zhao Qiming organized a meeting of the project team and department heads, as well as professional responsible persons, and put forward the following six requirements for the next steps: First, organize carefully and arrange scientifically to achieve high-standard overall startup of the unit and complete the 168-hour operation of the project. Second, strengthen safety supervision and eliminate safety hazards, fully implement the grid-based management of safety work, and ensure the continuous stability of the safety production situation. Third, enhance communication and smart operation. Through refined management and cost control, improve the overall project benefits. Fourth, strengthen review and summary of experience, adhere to the spirit of contract, optimize management processes, and further enhance the company's management level. Fifth, strengthen integrity construction, ensure the purity of the team, strictly abide by the legal bottom line, disciplinary red line and moral high line, deepen legal and compliant management, and promote the clean construction work to go deeper and more solid. Sixth, work happily and live healthily, reasonably optimize personnel resource allocation, effectively do the employee guarantee work, and create a positive, upward, harmonious and civilized corporate culture atmosphere.
