On the morning of May 23, the opening ceremony of the Company’s 2025 Phase 1 Middle-Level Cadres and Project Manager Team Training Course was held at Qingdao Open University. Liu Minghua, President of SEPCOIII, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech.

In his speech, Liu Minghua noted that middle-level cadres and project management teams are the backbone of the Company, serving as the "link" and "bridge" for strategic implementation. He hoped that all participants would approach the training with an "empty cup mentality," aligning their thoughts and actions with the Company’s decision-making and deployment, and put forward the following requirements:

First, understand the market situation and go all out to pursue markets and secure orders. Participants must recognize the situation, strengthen confidence, adhere to the philosophy of "market-oriented, order-first," and strive to obtain high-quality orders through all means. They should accelerate role transformation, comprehensively understand, support, serve, and guarantee market development, comprehensively enhance their composite capabilities, and strive to become the "mainstay" supporting the Company’s development.

Second, strengthen responsibility and commitment, overcome difficulties to ensure project delivery and build brand reputation. 2025 is a "climbing period" for the Company’s high-quality development. Participants should establish a systematic mindset, focus on the full lifecycle of projects, face project management issues directly, and strive to address shortcomings in management and operations. They must adhere to a cost-conscious mindset, implement strict cost control for projects, strictly enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards, and eliminate illegal and irregular practices. Adopting a risk-awareness mindset, they should focus on "risks, hidden dangers, and accidents" to ensure risks are prevented in advance, hidden dangers are fully identified, and accidents are thoroughly rectified. It is essential to forge professional teams, leverage project practice platforms to cultivate a composite talent echelon familiar with international engineering standards, proficient in local regulatory systems, and with foreign language proficiency, and build a professional commercial contract team. Additionally, they should enhance brand image by delivering high-quality projects to earn trust and support from clients and establish a positive brand reputation.

Third, deepen management innovation and focus on tapping potential to increase efficiency. Adhering to the principles of integrity and innovation, breaking old models while establishing new ones, participants should comprehensively improve the Company’s management level and competitiveness. Internally, they should seek vitality from institutional mechanisms, focus on cost reduction and efficiency improvement to enhance bidding competitiveness, and reduce variable costs to continuously lower production and operation costs. Externally, they should pursue quality through design management, actively optimize and expand international design resource suppliers, accelerate the cultivation of overseas new energy project design capabilities, and provide strong support for project bidding and implementation. Embracing digital transformation for efficiency, they should fully launch process optimization and digital transformation, leveraging advanced IT tools to empower business, improve efficiency, and achieve cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.

Finally, Liu Minghua hoped that all participants would quickly grow into capable and responsible pillars, injecting strong momentum into the Company’s high-quality development with full enthusiasm and solid actions!

The training course lasts for 7 days, with content tailored to the company’s current and future business development needs. At the closing ceremony, group presentations will be arranged to report on the results.
