On the afternoon of September 23, Liu Minghua General Manager of the Company, held a meeting with Dr. Samir J Serhan, KSA & Mid East President of ACWA Power, in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. Kong Lingfeng Deputy General Manager of the Company, attended the meeting.

Liu Minghua expressed gratitude to ACWA Power for its long-term support and trust, and introduced the Company’s international development history, advantages in the entire EPCO industrial chain, and other relevant information. He stated that ACWA Power is a large-scale international engineering investment company, which has a long-standing cooperative history and consistent development philosophy with SEPCOIII. The two parties have jointly built a number of landmark projects. Looking ahead, he hoped that both sides would further deepen mutual trust, leverage their respective advantages, achieve more cooperative outcomes in fields such as energy and water services, and realize mutual benefit and win-win results at a higher level.

Dr. Samir J Serhan reviewed the cooperative history between the two parties and introduced the organizational structure and industrial layout of ACWA Power. He noted that as a well-known international EPC general contractor, SEPCOIII is a trustworthy global partner of ACWA Power. The two parties have maintained a long-term and stable cooperative relationship in multiple fields. He expressed expectation that both sides would innovate cooperation models, expand cooperation areas, create new highlights of cooperation in new countries and new fields in the future, and contribute to promoting international energy transition and green development.

At the meeting, both parties exchanged information and reached a consensus on the relevant project matters.

Relevant personnel from ACWA Power and the Company also attended the meeting.
