On the afternoon of May 9, Liu Minghua, President of SEPCOIII, held talks with Shi Dong, President of NWEPDI.Dong Luhe, deputy President of NWEPDI，attended the meeting.

Liu Minghua expressed gratitude to Northwest Electric Power Design Institute for its long-term trust and support, and introduced SEPCOIII’s market development strategy, core technical advantages in solar thermal energy, and other related information. He noted that Northwest Electric Power Design Institute has achieved remarkable results in traditional energy, new energy, and other fields, with complementary strengths and aligned development strategies compared to SEPCOIII. Highlighting the profound friendship and solid foundation of cooperation between the two sides, Liu hoped that this meeting would serve as an opportunity to deepen communication, leverage respective advantages, seize market opportunities, expand cooperation into broader fields and deeper levels, and achieve mutually beneficial and high-quality development.

Shi Dong welcomed Liu Minghua and his delegation, reviewed the cooperation history between the two sides, and introduced NWEPDI’s organizational structure, core businesses, professional advantages, and strategic planning. He stated that SEPCOIII possesses strong resource integration capabilities and rich project management experience, creating vast cooperation potential with NWEPDI.
