On the afternoon of May 10, Liu Minghua, President of SEPCOIII, held talks with Luan Yingkui, President of the Gansu Branch of China Huadian Corporation. Wei Anping, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy President of Huadian Gansu, attended the meeting.

Liu Minghua expressed gratitude to China Huadian for its long-term care and support, and introduced SEPCOIII’s business layout, international development history, and core technical advantages. He noted that as a key energy enterprise in Gansu Province, Huadian Gansu occupies a critical position in regional energy development. SEPCOIII will give full play to its own advantages, continuously optimize resource allocation, steadily advance project progress, and smoothly fulfill its obligations for ongoing projects. He hoped that both sides could build on existing cooperation, deepen pragmatic collaboration, and jointly contribute to optimizing Gansu’s energy structure and promoting economic and social development.

Luan Yingkui welcomed Liu Minghua and his delegation, introducing the development overview, regional business layout, and future plans of Huadian Gansu. He stated that SEPCOIII has rich experience and strong strength in domestic and international markets, with many converging business points and strong complementary advantages between the two sides, creating broad cooperation space. He expected SEPCOIII to ensure resource support, accelerate project progress, and successfully complete all milestone nodes. He looked forward to enhanced exchanges and deeper cooperation in energy development and construction to jointly create high-quality projects and inject new momentum into the high-quality development of both sides.

At the meeting, the two sides communicated and reached a consensus on follow-up promotion matters for the Gansu Huadian Jinchang Project.
